This starter program is for those who are new to a workout plan and looking to lose weight!! All live Jump Start classes are group classes with members who have similar goals.

 WE ARE KNOWN FOR OUR QUICK 30 MINUTE WORKOUTS BURNING UP TO 550 CALORIES PER SESSION!! With our 30 Day workout and eating plan, you will take fitness classes with us live online and/or "On Demand" on your own time.  Your workouts will condition you to participate in our 30 Minute Burn classes after your first 30 days.  Combining cardio, strength training, core exercises and heart rate training to get you results 2x faster and keep you in calorie burning mode all day.

Meal Guide & Tracking Provided By Our Trainers...




As a new Bodi Jump Start member we will set you up with a meal guide, grocery list and meal tracking app that will allow our trainers to see what you are eating and suggest modifications to maximize your results.  Proper and healthy eating accounts for 75% of your transformation.   We help you learn how and what to eat and ensure that what your are consuming will aide in your weight loss goal.
