Workout from your home, gym, on vacation, outside or any where else you may be without having to be in the studio with us. You will have a trainer at your fingertips!! Classes consist of 30 minute workout using rowers, bikes, weights, resistance bands, stepper, exercise ball, etc (with modifications for those who don't have certain equipment). We do recommend a stepper, weights from 2lbs to 10lbs, resistance bands and loop resistance bands.
Burn between 300-600 calories, tone, shape and shed excess pounds to give you the body you deserve! Workouts are prepared and supervised by certified trainers. MUST PRE-REGISTER ONLINE AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE CLASS TIME.
